Weddings, baptisms and confirmations

Ascension is a dynamic creative church community, based near Clapham South tube station. There's a real mix of people and activities, as you can see from this site. But at the heart of it all is a passion to go deeper in knowing God, loving each other and serving people's needs.

We have led the team at Ascension since 1999, when we moved here from our former church in North London, together with our children Natalie, Simeon and Isaac. Since then we've had the joy of seeing the church and team grow, so that leadership at Ascension is now truly shared. We are more excited about what is happening here now than ever, and feel truly privileged to be able to serve.

In the rest of this site you can find out much more about Ascension and the people who make it tick. We very much hope that some of this will be of interest to you, and that Ascension might be a community which you choose to make your own.
