New website goes live

Welcome to the brand new website for Ascension Balham Hill!

As well as the obvious fresh new look, the improved website offers the following new features that help take Ascension's web presence to the next level.

Dynamic events diary - easily see what's on in the current week, starting today

Interlinked events, activities, people and teams - easy to make connections and get in touch

Social networking - share pages and keep in the loop on news, through Facebook, Twitter and more

Online contact system - send emails to staff and volunteers without revealing addresses

Video content - view the "Staff Member of the Month" videos on each person's profile, and more

Help for those new to church - answers to questions a newcomer might have

Search - a search box at the top of each page, and instant search on the Resources page

Parish map and directions - courtesy of Google Maps and TFL

Behind the scenes, the rewritten code is designed to be compliant with modern Web standards, display well in all major browsers, and be easy to edit in the future.
