Prayer

We believe prayer is of foundational importance as we seek individually and corporately to become wholehearted disciples of Jesus. We endeavour to reflect this by ensuring that prayer is a vibrant part of our life together. You wil therefore find that there are a number of opportunities for you to join with others and be encouraged in prayer.

Growth Groups - prayer is an important aspect of their life together as members seek to support each other in learning what it means to be disciples through the nitty gritty of daily life.

Growth Group Prayer Night - on the first Tuesday of every month we have our Growth Group Prayer Night at 8pm in the church. This is our regular time when we gather as a church family to pray. We aim for this to be a creative and fun event, at which serious prayer gets done. You don't have to be in a Growth Group to come to this prayer meeting.

Prayer Ministry - we offer Prayer Ministry at all services, and this is done by anyone in the congregation who has attended a Prayer Ministry training day. In prayer ministry we are seeking to offer support as we stand with people either as they respond to what God has been saying to them in the service, or as they bring a particular need to Him. Ali coordinates prayer minstry so if you are interested in getting involved please speak to her.

Strategic Prayer - this group seeks to listen to the Lord about areas to pray into in a more strategic way. That is, to pray into issues that will prepare the way for Him to reveal Himself in salvation and power among us as a fellowship and in the wider community we serve.
