Here at Ascension we take seriously our call as disciples of Christ to share his good news with those living in our parish, but it can not stop there. We believe that Christ's commandment to his followers to make disciples of all nations remains a mandate to his church in the 21st Century. We are therefore committed to playing our part in his worldwide mission.
We belive that mission is:
Our commitment to mission is expressed by our giving 13% of our income to our 8 mission partners, whom we also support through prayer and, where possible, active participation.
