Be part of a symbolic re-enactment of Jesus' last meal
In this Seder service, we'll be sharing together a version of the Passover meal that Jesus would have shared with his disciples the day before he was arrested, and which is still eaten at Passover in the Jewish tradition.
We'll explore the meaning of the various elements and end with Holy Communion, which shows the new significance that Jesus attached to the bread and the wine at this "Last Supper".
Afterwards, there will be an optional half night of prayer. We will be spending time in God's presence for as long as you are able to stay, or up to midnight.
The meal will be more spiritually meaningful than physically filling. If you are fasting on Thursday we encourage you to join us, and if you are not, it might be a good idea to eat before you come!
We are also holding a Good Friday Reflection and an all-age Easter Sunday Celebration.
